La Bucca Restaurants are committed to caring for the health and well-being of our staff and customers. We are taking a number of actions to protect the health and well-being of our staff and customers and to control the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in accordance with the expert guidance of the government and the HSE.
Safety First
The health and safety of our guests and our staff working throughout the company is paramount to us. We have been closely monitoring the guidance issued by the Government, World Health Organisation as well as the HSE. We are following this guidance where appropriate as well as taking preventative actions in our restaurants. Examples of this include:
- Hand sanitiser is widely available throughout our properties with additional signage encouraging its effective use
- Increased focus on cleaning across all of our properties
- All front of house staff wear face coverings as per the current HSE recommendations
Advice for Customers
If prior to entering our restaurants you begin to feel ill or you have been in close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), or you live with someone who is self-isolating please follow the advice on the HSE website and stay at home.
Wearing of PPE
It is recommended that all customers wear face coverings while entering the restaurant until you are seated at your table. Also while leaving your table for the bathroom and when exiting the premises.
Social Distancing
All our tables are spaced 1 metres apart in accordance with the WHO recommendations. We ask all customers to adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times.
