The Roxy Cup
The bi-annual staff pool tournament has been a tradition since 2023, hosted each year by Kellys Bar in Ashbourne.16x staff members battle it out in an attempt to take the coveted 'Roxy Cup' home to their restaurant or cafe.

The Easter Bonnet Competition
Since 2012 La Bucca has ran the Easter Bonnet competition at Fairyhouse Racecourse during the Easter Festival, offering children a chance to make their own Easter Bonnet with various prizes given out for the best ones each year.
