About La Bucca

Brief History

La Bucca was opened in 2004 in Ashbourne, which has subsequently closed, but still operates in neighbouring towns Ratoath and Dunboyne. Our restaurant follow the same basic principle of serving good quality, freshly prepared food at value for money prices in clean, stylish surroundings.

Our chefs create daily changes dishes for our specials boards depending on seasonality and are focused on using local produce wherever pocssible.

Between the restaurants and our bustling coffee shop, CafΓ© Novello, we employ around 70 local people, proving that the hospitality industry really does help to keep local economies alive, with the help of course from the patronage and support of all our regular customers.
